Remote Management

We will ship to site a fully configured machine/black box with all of the relevant network management test equipment, SNMP management, RMON probes as well as an internal modem and remote control package.

This can be left on-site for a week collecting data, we can also interact with the machine if required.

The advantage of this service over a one day on-site consultancy is that it will baseline over a longer period giving a more detailed analysis report as well as having the ability to catch all intermittent problems.
