- An Enhanced Network Design is created to support the new Service Requirements
What is the duration of the investigation?
Network Information will be collected on a 24x7 basis for the length of the agreed contract. Contracts are available on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual or yearly basis. The following regular reports will be provided for the duration of the contract on a monthly basis: Weekly report (Mon-Sun) for each monitored circuit Monthly report for each monitored circuit Any additional reports needed outside the agreed contract may be requested at any time at additional cost. During the first month of this contract ASL will remotely collect data from each agreed site and produce a network performance report or "baseline" giving details of the: Utilisation * Errors * Broadcasts * Top x Talkers * Top x Protocols Monthly or Quarterly reports per site commencing in Month 4 Once per month or quarter of this contract ASL will remotely collect data from each agreed site and produce a network performance report or "baseline" giving details of the: Utilisation * Errors * Broadcasts * Top x Talkers * Top x Protocols.
